Introduction to readings
These readings are meant to help you: (1) define the Hidden Curriculum; (2) learn about persisting inequalities in academia; and (3) think critically about how we can promote justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) in psychology. Wherever possible, we highlight articles that are open-sourced or free to graduate students through their institutional affiliations. We also aim to promote the research conducted by people from underrepresented groups.
